She was living stressfully as working as a registered nurse. So once she experienced the benefits of practicing yoga, she'd like to share such experience to people around her. She is dedicated to create a fun, happy, encouraging and safe environment for the students to enjoy the practice in class.
Beatrice is passionated about aerial arts, experienced in teaching aerial hoop, and currently started to teach wheel yoga. She started her 'air-dance' journey by pole dancing, then gradually switching to all kind of aerial arts. Beatrix is an Xpert certified aerial hoop instructor, passionate and enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and skills with her students. She loves to create a fun and friendly environment for her students to challenge themselves and learn to enjoy the gratefulness of dancing in the air.
Ho Ting practices pole dance for years and she was introduced to aerial arts in 2016. She falls in love with aerial yoga and aerial hoop and is passionated about teaching them. She would love to share the joyfulness of aerial arts to her students by providing a fun, caring and challenging class.
Joanne has always been very active since she was a kid. She was introduced to Vinyasa as an new workout style in 2013 and has fallen in love with the diversity and benefits of Yoga. She completed her 200 hours TT in 2018 and Antigravity TT the following year.
Joanne believes that Yoga is more than practice, it is also a tool for empowerment, to connect our mind, body and surroundings from within. In her class, you will find challenges, balance in your body, joy, release, and most importantly your energy refilled.
Kelly is a certified vinyasa yoga, aerial yoga, prenatal yoga and kids yoga teacher. Like many others, she feels stressed out while living in the fast pace city of Hong Kong and gradually suffered from the disease of urbanization, round shoulders, period pain, insomnia, rhinitis, etc. Those symptoms started to release while practicing yoga regularly. Later, she realize that balance of mind and body is the key to have a healthy life and yoga is not only about body movement, it's a way of life.
Ksenia is an aerialist and instructor of hoop, hammock. She has started practicing since 2013 and has fallen in love with the graceful and elegant movement in the air, continuously learning and improving her own skills. Ksenia is certified RYT200 Yoga Alliance instructor and RYT 50 Aerial yoga instructor. She is enthusiastic and supportive, always ready to explain and demonstrate moves for students of various levels of experience and ability. Students' wellbeing is always a priority, as she aims to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere in class.
Nicole is a passionate yoga instructor with a clear focus on alignment. She is good at adjusting students postures to help them get into appropriate alignment and feel more comfortable while practicing. The design of her sequences help students to improve their strength and flexibility and yet be elegant at the same time.
Marketer by day. Aerialist by night. Yogi every day and night. Otilia started her yoga journey in 2015 when she was suffered a lot from overwhelming work pressure and back pain. One day her friend brought her onto the mat and she immediately fall in love with Yoga. She has completed her 200 hours Hatha-based yoga teacher training with Master Praveen Yadav and also Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in the same year.

Priyal has been teaching ever since she was certified, connecting to her students from a place of passion and peace. Her teacher training course was based on principles of Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Yoga which help bringing peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices.
Furthermore, Priyal has experience to teach yoga with age 6yr to 70yr as per their health needs. She believes that yoga is meant for any age, and the sooner one starts practicing the better.
Samki has interesting of Philosophy study seen young, met her Guru Kesava Bharati Dasa Goswami Maharaji on 2008 and started being his disciple, officially practicing Bharati Yoga on 2010, have beenIndia for Sanskrit & philosophy study. She is a Veda culture follower.
Starting her asana practice few years ago and got the certificate of RYT200, Antigraity, Birthligh Motherhood Pre & Postnatal, infant & kids yoga teacher.
Tavia is a certified instructor experienced in both Vinyasa Yoga and Aerial Yoga. Her first experience with yoga was to seek help to improve her posture as she suffered from scoliosis since her teenage years. Through daily yoga practice that engages and strengthens core stability muscles, her spine condition has improved significantly.
Rather than seeking to perform the most perfect or difficult asana (postures), Tavia believes that yoga is about learning and rediscovering your own body. It begins with correct pranayama (breathing methods), then gradually introduces more challenging techniques. Her approach to teaching is mindful and personalised, with an emphasis on tailoring to each student's unique body goals.
Yama finished RYT200 and is a certified aerial yoga and prenatal yoga instructor. Besides, Yama is also a certified TRX and Personal Trainer as she understands the importance of staying fit and strong yet flexible. She believes that practice yoga regularly could make your life better and 'Yoga is a way of life'.
